| Michael LoPiano (1955-2006) Attorney since 1980 Mr. LoPiano graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor's Degree. He graduated from McGeorge Law School with a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Tax. William C. Kennedy Attorney since 1977 Mr. Kennedy graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He also holds a Master's Degree in History from the University of California at Riverside as well as a Law Degree from Pepperdine Law School. He is fluent in Spanish and French thanks to his service in the United States Army as he was stationed in France. Mr. Kennedy enjoys travel, chess and is very active in his church. However, he describes himself as a frustrated farmer and has a penchant for operating D-8 bulldozers. Vincent W. Battelo Juris Doctorate Mr. Battelo graduated from the University of California at Riverside with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. He also holds a Law Degree from California Southern Law School. Mr. Battelo in addition to being a hearing specialist for the firm is also the firm manager. Mr. Battelo has over 20 year experience in workers compensation and personal injury. He is the primary negotiator for the firm and has a tremendous record involving high value settlements. He is an avid poker player, enjoys photography as well as super-sport bike motorcycle racing. Weldon Corbin Mr. Corbin graduated from Washington University with a degree in Liberal Arts. After being discharged from the United States Army where he obtained the rank of Sergeant, Mr Corbin entered the worker's compensation field where he worked as an adjuster and claims supervisor for over 22 years. He also worked as a medical editor for 15 years. This background led him into his position as a hearing specialist. He has worked representing injured workers in that capacity for over 13 years. Mr. Corbin enjoys antiquing, theatre and singing with his church choir. Martha Espinosa Mrs. Espinosa has been with the firm for over 15 years as a secretary and assistant. She is an invaluable person in the firm. She is bilingual. Mrs. Espinosa enjoys spending time with her family. Monica Gonzalez Ms. Gonzalez has been a valuable member of the firm for the past 8 years. She works as a secretary and assistant. She is also in charge of the task of keeping everyone on time as she runs the master calendar. Ms. Gonzalez enjoys camping and Pismo Beach. |
